ATTENTION
Newly admitted students in various degree programmes of the University for the session 2020-21
In continuation to this office notification issued under Memo no. AAU/ RG/ ACAD- 234(AT)/2020-21/6801 dated 27/01/2021, it is for information of all newly admitted students of the University (1st Year UG/PG/PhD) for the session 2020-21 that they shall visit the ‘hostel accommodation portal’ available in AAU website and reaffirm their option, if needed. Once allotted, the students shall pay the required fee towards hostel dues, digitally.

Further, with slight modification, the fresh students admitted under different Colleges (Agriculture/ Horticulture/Sericulture/ Community Science) located at Jorhat, shall report at their respective hostels on February 14, 2021 while others (Continuing students) will join on 08th of February, 2021, as notified earlier, following a staggered policy as a safety protocol.

ATTENTION TO THE NEWLY ADMITTED HOSTELLER STUDENTS
While reporting to the hostels, the students are to mandatorily bring with them
1) A COVID Negative Report undertaken within 72 hours of their arrival
2) A Self Declaration Form to this effect as endorsed by her/his parents.
