Achivements

1. Part of team which successfully completed four numbers of subprojects as Co-PI entitled “Development of an eco-friendly packaging material using banana leaves for packaging and hauling of meat and meat products”, “Development of a poultry processing cum by-product collection unit for butchers” and “Development of a Foot Pedal Operated Meat Mincer”. Also completed one adoptive subproject as Co-PI entitled “Mobile Pork cutting, display cum Selling Table to Extend the Shelf- Life and Quality of Fresh Pork in Open regular Market”.
2. Part of team which organized 5 training programmes and one Kisan Mela (2021)for meat entrepreneurs/farmers related to different aspects of livestock products technology - Revenue generated through technology transfer and sale of processed meat products and a sum of Rs. 50,000.00 was deposited in the A/C "Value Added Products, PHET, Khanapara Centre A/c No. 41397055724"
