  • 1. Two (2) years training on Genetic Improvement of Chickpea sponsored by McKnight Foundation and Research Grant at Institutes of Biological Chemistry, Washington State University, Pullman, USA.
    2. Six moths Post Doctoral Training programme at Institutes of Biological Chemistry, Washington State University, Pullman, USA under DBT Overseas associaiteship.
    3. Invited VISITING SCIENTIST at Washington State University, Pullman, USA for six (6) months to work on Genome Editing using CRISPR/Cpf1.
  • Developed technology for mass production of banana cv. G9, Borjahaji, Sapor Jahaji through conventional micropropagation.
  • Established an efficient and reproducible in vitro regneration system in Banana CV Malbhog and Bhim Kol through Embryogenic Cell Suspension.
  • Ad hoc reviewer for numerous peer reviewed journals: Plant Science, Plant Cell Tissue and Organ culture, Plant Cell Report and Indian Journal of Agriculture Sciences.
  • Awarded most prestigious Singh-Obama Indo-US 21st Century Knowledge initiative project entitled "Engineering ADP Glucose Pyrophosphorylase (AGPase) enzyme for heat tolerance in rice" funded by UGC, Govt. of India 2014-2017.
