Achivements
  • Best paper award for the paper “Spatial Ability – An approach in designing Learning materials for Children” in the Joint Conference of the Asian Council on Ergonomics and Design and the Southeast Asian Network of Ergonomics Societies, held from 2nd to 4th December, 2020 in Manila, Philippines.
  • Co-PI of the project entitled ‘Early language acquisition- An approach to alphabet learning in Assamese language’ funded by Design Innovation Center, IIT, Guwahati from 2016 till date.
  • Recipient of scholarship from Israel’s Agency for International Development Cooperation, Ministry of foreign affairs, Israel to attend an International Training course in Haifa, Israel from 2nd to 19th December, 2013
  • During the service as SMS in KVK Darrang (2008-2011), various activities on Banana Fibre Extraction and product making were taken up in collaboration with DRDA department, NGO, NABARD, Darrang and KVK, CTRI, Rajamundry, Andra Pradesh.
