Achivements
  • Received jointly ‘Shri Anjan K. Oruganti Memorial Medal’ for best article in Physiology in 1996.
  • Honored as Young Scientists symposium on the ‘Frontiers in Reproductive Biology Research’ at the Indira Gandhi Medical College, Shimla, from 8-10th Dec, 1996 under ICMR, New Delhi.
  • Letter of appreciation from Hon’ble Vice-Chencellor, AAU for bringing research grant in the field of Animal physiology from ICAR in 1999
  • Member of the National Executive council of SOCIETY OF ANIMAL PHYSIOLOGISTS OF INDIA ( SAPI) and act as a ‘Treasurer’ from 2007-2011 in National Executive council.
  • Member of the Embryo Tranfer team successfully produced first ever Mithun (Bos frontalis) calf on March 27, 2012 at National Research Centre on Mithun, Nagaland.
  • As Organizing Secretary in XXIV CONFERENCE OF SOCIETY OF ANIMAL PHYSIOLOGISTS OF INDIA (SAPI) AND NATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON “PHYSIOLOGICAL APPROACHES FOR DEVELOPMENT OF CLIMATE RESILIENT LIVESTOCK FARMING” held at Guwahati, CVSC, AAU, Assam from 21st to 22nd January, 2016.
