Achievements
  • 1. In Teaching: ( i) Taking regular theory and practical classes of different courses of under graduate and post-graduate students. (ii) Post-mortem examination and disease diagnosis in different domestic animals, birds, laboratory and wild animals and demonstration of the same to the under graduate and post-graduate students. (iii) Helping post-graduate students in their research works. (iv) Acting as a member of the advisory committee of 2 M.V.Sc. students. (v) Acted as external question paper setter for the course of Veterinary pathology for CVSc and AH, CAU, Jaluki, Nagaland.
  • 2.In Research: (i) Completed research work on prevalence and pathological studies of Canine Distemper in Guwahati City. (ii) Published eleven (11) research papers in several scientific journals.
  • 3. In Extension: (i) Published four (4) technical bulletin to bring awareness and help the farmers. These are - (a) Pest des Petitis Ruminants: Sagolir Mohamari. (b) Gumboro Rog: Kukurar Sankromonsil ak Virusjonito Rog. (c) Ranikhet Rog/Newcastle Rog: Kukurar Virusjonito Maratmak Byadhi. (d) Enterotoxaemia: Sagolir bacteriajonito ak Maratmak Rog (ii) Published one popular article " Sagali Palanar Labhjanak Dikhhamuh" in local news paper. (iii) Participated in the treatment cum vaccination camps in the villages. (iv) Acting as a member of the "Training cum Placement Cell" of the C.V.Sc., A.A.U., Khamapara, Ghy-22.
