A NSS Advisory Committee meeting was held at Assam Agricultural University (AAU), Jorhat, on 22nd October 2024, under the esteemed chairmanship of Dr. Bidyut C. Deka, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor of AAU. The meeting was attended by key advisory members including Dr. B.K. Medhi, NSS Programme Coordinator; Dr. P.K. Pathak, Dean, College of Agriculture; Dr. (Mrs.) Mamoni Das, Dean, College of Community Science; Dr. Utpal Kotoky, Officer on Special Duty, College of Sericulture; and Dr. Bidyut Kr. Sarma, Director, NECAB. Mr. N.C. Deori, Senior Youth Officer from the NSS Regional Directorate, Guwahati, along with Heads of Departments from various faculties, were also present during the meeting.
