The Institutional Development Plan (IDP) 2024 of Assam Agricultural University (AAU), Jorhat, is a comprehensive strategic roadmap designed to guide the University's academic, research, extension and institutional development through short-term (2030), medium-term (2040) and long-term (2050) goals.
Developed in alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and the guidelines of UGC and ICAR, the IDP envisages transforming AAU into a multidisciplinary, innovative, technologically advanced and globally competitive institution of agricultural higher education.
