- Acting as Principal Investigator of the Gene Bank Project - Scientific Conservation Programme for Indigenous Fish (Sub Project -II) funded by Dept. of Fisheries, Govt of Assam
- Acting as Principal Investigator of the ICAR-DCFR sponsored Schedule Caste Sub Plan Project on "Improving livelihood pattern of Scheduled Caste fishing communities in foothill regions of northern bank of Brahmaputra valley through scientific aquaculture-based avenues”
- Acting as Co -Principal Investigator of a NABARD sponsored project on “Biofloc Fish Farming – A new Avenue for Increasing Farm Productivity and Profitability for Small Farm Holders of Assam"
- Successfully performed the captive spawning of indigenous minor carp, Cirrhinus reba for first time in Assam under Gene Bank Project
- Standardized the habitat breeding and larval rearing of humpback featherback, Chitala chitala
- Acted as Co-Principal Investigator of TSP project on "Socio-economic Development of Tribal Communities Through Demonstration and Training of Scientific Fish Farming Practices in Four Selected Districts of Assam
