Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Nalbari was established in the year 2004 and it is one of the 23 KVK\'s functioning presently under Assam Agricultural University. It comes under ATARI, Guwahati, Zone-VI. The KVK started functioning at its own campus at Sariahtoli, Milanpur, since 23rd October 2010. KVK Nalbari has made phenomenal contribution in the farming sector of the district through mandated and other extension activities including flagship programmes of Govt. of India in a good convergence with DIstrict administration and Line departments. It has been awarded with the \"Best KVK Award\", Zonal from ICAR in the year 2015 and it is also instrumental in bringing many laurels to farmers and farm women of the district at National level.
