  • 4. Awarded Appreciation Certificate from the NAIP, ICAR for the coveted project on "Livelihood promotion through integrated farming system in Assam," in the 21st Regional Committee meeting of ICAR.
  • 5. Developed and innovated several new technologies specially in, Potato crop, True Potato Seed; Groundnut and weed science etc.

  • UGC sponsored project on "A study of the problems associated with wastage and stagnation among tea garden labor children in the elementary stage in Jorhat", project cost Rs.0.7 Lakh implemented in 2012.
  • ICAR sponsored project on "Competitive grant Ad-hoc project funded by the ICAR titled “Production technologies of rabi / summer groundnut under high rainfall areas (Sanction no. F. No. (23)/92-AFC dtd. 24.5.95). implemented the project as Co-PI during 1.1.96 to 31.3.99", project cost Rs.2 Lakh implemented in 1996.
