  • Awarded with "Assam Icon Award 2021" by Sanjiv Borah Memorial Social Organization for tremendous work and remarkable effort for the society and the nation.
  • Entrepreneurship development-guided 6 ladies for establishing small scale industries in the areas of food processing, handloom and vermicomposting. One entrepreneur and her team received Best SHG award in the first International Agri Horti Show held at AAU, Khanapara w.e.f. 8-11 January,2014.
  • Received "Excellent Social Workers Award" conferred by Saksham Society, Jaipur, Rajasthan in the International Education Leader's Summit and Conference Season 3, held from July 3 to July 4,2021.

  • Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Sonitpur earned the recognition of "Best Report at all India Level" for the report on Flood damage control at NICRA village.
  • Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Sonitpur received "Best KVK award" for effective implementation of Cluster Frontline Demonstration on Field Pea, 2019-20 under ICAR-ATARI, Zone-VI.
  • Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Sonitpur was awarded as the "Best KVK" out of 14 KVKs of CIP, APART AAU district for 2018-19.
