The department of Agronomy, SCS College of Agriculture came
into existence since the commencement of the college i.e. in the year 2014 with
the mandate of undergraduate teaching on production technology of different
field crops. The department offers both elective as well as the compulsory core
courses in UG degree programme. The present faculty strength in the department
is 3 (three). At present there are separate well equipped laboratories for UG
along with a well managed crop cafeteria for conducting field practical by UG
students.
