  • 1. Achieved Gold Medal (Dr K.K. Subbiah Award from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore) for 'Best thesis in Rice Agronomy'.


    2. Prepared Draft of Strategic Research and Extension Plan under 'support to State Extension Programme for Extension Reform' Scheme (ATMA) 2005-06 for ATMA district of Karimganj.


    3. Published 20 nos. of research papers & articles, prepared 8 nos. of teaching & training manuals, 23 nos of research/extension bulletins (in local language Bengali for BVZ & in Assamese).


    4. Experienced of 23 years in teaching, 4 years in research and about 4 years in extension works
